Supervises direct client care on campus, conducts shift change meetings, monitors and ensures all floor procedures are followed/completed, encourages a nurturing environment, oversees documentation of each person's daily program events, supervises transportation needs, scheduling. Must have Bachelor's Degree in Mental Health or Intellectual Developmental Disabilities to apply. Must have three years of experience in human services field and at least two years of experience working with IDD adult population. License of DMH credential as Mental Health Therapist or IDD Therapist.
