This role is responsible for guiding customers through program options, eligibility, and enrollment via phone and email. The representative also processes rebates, assists with reviewing project submissions, and collaborates closely with the energy efficiency team to ensure programs are effectively coordinated to meet customer needs. A strong emphasis is placed on teamwork, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
