Description:
- Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of plateware, silverware, utensils, tools, pots, and pans
- Takes out garbage and trash to dumpster area
- Washes work areas, refrigerators, cooking and washing equipment, walls, and floors
- Assembles and breaks down dish machines daily
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment
- Receives orders and puts them away following FIFO (First In, First Out)
- Performs minor food preparation tasks
- Monitors dish chemical levels and communicates when low or malfunctioning
- Checks and clears floor drains daily; keeps area safe and dry
- Organizes and places equipment and plateware in correct storage areas
- Works safely in hot and damp environments; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
