What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Post job orders in applications and coordinate with Account Managers to fulfill client staffing needs
• Screen candidates for qualifications and maintain an up-to-date database of healthcare professionals
• Manage last-minute staffing changes and replacements to ensure seamless service delivery
• Partner with Compliance and Onboarding teams to ensure healthcare professionals meet all requirements
• Conduct regular evaluations of healthcare professionals to ensure performance and client satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum one year of related experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment, or administration
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Proven problem-solving abilities to address staffing challenges and client issues
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with staffing software preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Some college education preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Experience partnering with leadership and compliance teams
