Picayune, MS
Pay Rate: $13.50 per hour
Shift: 6 AM - 2 PM | Monday - Friday + Some weekends

What It Takes to Crush It
- 1-2 years of assembly or warehouse experience
- Must be able to read a tape measure accurately and interpret diagrams
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused with a strong work ethic
- Flexible and adaptable to shift between multiple projects
- Reliable attendance and availability to work full scheduled shifts
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motion tasks

What You'll Be Cranking Out
- Lay out large pieces of material for cutting and assembly in a climate-controlled warehouse
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings accurately
- Assemble components with precision and consistency across varying projects
- Inspect parts and final products to ensure top-tier quality standards
- Join, connect, and finish assembled parts per production requirements
- Perform physical tasks, including standing, pulling, cutting, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including sweeping and general upkeep
- Collaborate with team members and follow all supervisor instructions
