As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while effectively managing front desk operations. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the facility.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Manage appointment schedules and assist in coordinating meetings.
• Maintain an organized reception area and ensure it is kept tidy at all times.
• Process check-ins and check-outs in an efficient manner.
• Handle billing and payment transactions accurately and securely.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and handle stressful situations calmly.
