iTA is the largest International truck dealer in Louisiana, covering the New Orleans, Northshore, Slidell, Lafayette, Baton Rouge and Lake Charles markets. iTA sells International-branded new trucks and all makes and models of pre?owned used trucks and trailers, as well as providing outstanding service and parts to meet any fleets needs.

iTA is looking for a Full?Time Service Advisor to join our Service Department in Slidell, LA, working a Monday?Friday shift.

Our ideal candidate will be dependable, team?player with experience working within a diesel dealership environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting customers;
• Intake paper work;
• Download health reports into our system - Understanding of ADP/CDK is a plus;
• Generate an RO for each item needing attention - warranty/bill backs;
• Ability to multi?task and interact with customers is necessary.
