What youll do

  • Be a Team Member: Collaborates with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educates other associates on tools, tasks, resources, and mentors new technicians; communicates and develops interpersonal skills for providing safe and efficient customer service.
  • Be an Expert: Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, tire pressure monitoring systems, product specifications, and seasonality; demonstrates knowledge of Point of Sale systems and selling techniques.
  • Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement; utilizes handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to services, safety alerts, product information and training, and encourages others to use them.
  • Be an Owner: Communicates equipment, tools, and supplies needs; tracks and monitors returns and special orders; operates cash registers; processes transactions; maintains inventory accuracy, safety, and compliance; reports concerns; ensures merchandise is processed per policies; assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves issues.
  • Be a Talent Ambassador: Represents the brand by valuing the member experience and modeling high quality service; develops and mentors others; supports a respectful, team-oriented work style; assists in training team members.
  • Respect the Individual: Embraces differences, creates a sense of belonging, works as a team, and builds trusted relationships; communicates with impact and positivity; helps associates thrive and perform.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid state-issued driver's license.
  • 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Auto service industry or Retail experience.
