We're seeking the right candidate for the position of Security Guard at St Anthony's Gardens Assisted Living. In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

What You Bring to the Table:

Essential Qualifications:

• Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a secure and safe environment.
• Protect property and assets by implementing security measures and protocols.
• Control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activities or incidents.
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related events.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns.

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
• Strong observation skills to identify potential security risks or threats.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with a diverse range of individuals.
• CPR, First Aid, and other relevant certifications are a plus.
