Primary job duties/responsibilities:
- Serve as techno-functional SME on new CLM system (Icertis) supporting core configuration, data migration activities, and integrations with Client's source-to-settle ecosystem.
- Provide ongoing support during (as needed) and post CLM implementation, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, user training and system / process enhancements.
- Configure Icertis Contract Management (ICM) solutions for enhancements that align with business requirements.
- Work closely with client project teams to receive CLM knowledge transfer and associated documents to possess better understanding of the system and review application scope of work with client ARM resource.
- As needed, provide operational support (incidents and requests) for DocuSign, ProcessUnity (Third Party Risk Management), and PleaseReview upon completing training and knowledge transfer provided by the Client team.
- Proactively engage with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns or challenges.
- Perform CLM system monitoring and stability.
- Coordinate with Icertis for product related issues.
