Semi-Skilled Laborer / Do All Type Person wanted by a General Contractor in Covington. We are a Commercial General Contractor that has the immediate need for a Laborer Type Person on the north shore to maintain various rental properties. We need a motivated person to service tenants, make various repairs and maintain the common grounds of the property. We also need you to go into a unit when a tenant vacates and make the space presentable for the next tenant. Workers should have reliable transportation. All workers will be drug screened. Applicants should live within 15 miles of downtown Covington. Looking forward to meeting you.
