The Fountain Group, a national staffing firm, are currently seeking a Contracts Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Miramar, FL. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

• Pay: $35 - 38/hr
• 1-year assignment with possibility of extension based on performance and budget
• Hybrid-role (3 days onsite, 2 remote)
• You will support the remediation process of third-party contracts across multiple categories, including technology and supplies.
• You will review and interpret contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements, identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and knowing when to escalate issues.
• You will compile and validate contract data, working closely with internal stakeholders and category leaders as a primary point of contact.
• You will manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, supporting finance and budget considerations as needed.
• Strong ownership mindset is critical; success in this role comes from taking accountability and driving work through completion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in law, business, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in Contract Administration, ideally within Supply Chain or Procurement
• Paralegal experience within a business context is a plus!
• Strong Excel skills required (pivot tables, data analysis, tracking)
• Experience with ERP or purchasing systems (Ariba, Coupa, or similar) preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and escalate appropriately
• Highly organized, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
