A well-established Louisiana-based heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple infrastructure projects statewide. This role is ideal for a Senior Project Manager with road and bridge experience who is ready to step into an operational leadership position.

This contractor has grown steadily since the early 2000s and now employs 200+ professionals, managing 10+ active projects at any given time ranging from $1M-$10M. Projects span road & bridge construction, concrete paving, site work, drainage, and municipal utilities across Louisiana.

Role Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across multiple heavy civil projects
  
• Lead and support Project Managers and field teams
  
• Manage project financials and P&L performance
  
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
  
• Coordinate staffing, resources, and stakeholder relationships
  

Qualifications

• Road & bridge construction experience (required)
  
• Senior Project Manager or similar leadership background
  
• Strong P&L and financial management experience
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  
• DOT or municipal project experience preferred
