This position requires the candidate to work a hybrid schedule with Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday onsite in the Seattle office. Monday and Fridays are scheduled as remote work days.

Overview
We are seeking an innovative IT professionalwho can helpelevate our recruiting and onboarding capabilities.As an IT Deliveryteammember, youwill supportthe design,build, andimplementationdeliverables fortheRecruiting & Onboardingsubtrackof our HCM program. Your contribution willplay a key roleindeliveringmodern recruiting and onboarding solutions that createan exceptionalexperience for candidates,employees, and hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze system requirements anddevelopRecruiting and Onboardingsolutions that ensure functionality meets business needs
  • Translatebusiness requirementsinto user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • Identifyopportunitiesand solutionsto automate workflows, streamline processes, and improve data flow
  • Assistinthe development and implementation of integrations between theRecruiting moduleand other platforms (e.g., background screening, skills assessments, etc.)
  • Executesystem,integration, and user acceptancetesting, defect triage, and go-live readiness activities
  • Partner with Organizational Change Management (OCM) to develop end-user documentation, training materials, and communication plansfor system adoption
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, andoptimizesystem performance

Qualifications
  • At least 3years of relevant IT experienceworkinginHCMplatforms
  • Hands-on experience implementing enterprise HR systems in organizations of 1,000+ employees
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with theability to translate business needs into technical specifications
  • Demonstrated experienceinsoftware testing, IT systems validation, and agile/hybrid development lifecycles
  • Familiar with the user story process,includingthe ability to writeuser stories,manage the integrity of test cases, andmaintainaccuratedocumentationfor diverse audiences
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and the abilityto manage multiple priorities under time constraints
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • UKG Prosuiteexperience
  • Familiarity withrecruiting and onboardingprocesses(e.g.,recruiting workflows,hiring collaborationactivities, preboarding, documentcollectionand compliance, etc.) to support seamless HCM integrations
  • Familiar withSaaSintegrationpatternsincluding this use of APIs
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Smartsheetfor requirement and project tracking
Pay Range:$50 to $55 per hour, depending upon experience.
