Job Details

Location: 100% REMOTE
Compensation: $60-65/hr

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a cross-functional team of 6-10 onshore and offshore engineers
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint cadences
• Partner closely with client technology leads to align delivery and priorities
• Track and manage sprint velocity, capacity, and delivery commitments
• Drive continuous improvement in team efficiency and productivity month over month
• Provide clear sprint status reporting and delivery updates to stakeholders

• Strong experience with Kotlin and Java in production environments
• Hands-on expertise with Spring Boot, GraphQL, and microservices architectures
• Proven experience managing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of agile delivery models and team leadership best practices
• Experience with cross-platform API integrations (preferred)
• Exposure to mobile development on iOS and/or Android (nice to have)
