Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Interim Senior Accountant to support month-end close and general accounting activities. This role will focus on revenue accounting, bank reconciliations, accruals, and general ledger support, with added emphasis on post-implementation support following a recent ERP upgrade from Great Plains to NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with revenue recognition and related analyses in accordance with GAAP
• Maintain accurate general ledger activity in NetSuite
• Support audit requests and internal reporting needs
• Assist with process improvements and post-ERP implementation cleanup

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• 4 - 8 years of accounting experience
• Strong GAAP knowledge, including revenue recognition
• Hands-on NetSuite experience required; Great Plains experience a plus
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
