Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Full-Time Kitchen Cook to join our dedicated kitchen team. Based at Highland Community Hospital in Picayune, MS, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, preparing high-quality meals with care and creativity. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain quality and portion control.
• Prepare food according to established recipes and standards.
• Create appealing food presentations.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained.
• Store food items properly to ensure freshness.
• Follow safe food handling procedures and practices consistently.

What We Are Looking For:

Must-Haves:

• At least one year of culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment focused on scratch cooking.
• Knowledge of culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to operate kitchen equipment and tools effectively.
• Customer service experience is essential.

Compensation Range: $13.00 - $13.50 per hour, depending on experience.
