Job Title: Oracle HCM - Compensation Lead
Work Location: Raleigh , NC (Remote - Possible travel, 3-4 times while on assignment)
Duration of Assignment: 6+ Months
Pay Rate Range: $80.00/hr to $95.00/hr on W2

Support the Oracle HCM Compensation module implementation for Client including conducting requirements identification, design, configuration, testing, resolving defects, directly supporting and conducting Knowledge Transfer with the client. Work with parallel modules (HR, Recruiting, T&L) as needed to coordinate setup, testing and deployment.
Skills:
• Deep understanding of compensation principles / concepts
• Solid experience configuring Oracle HCM Compensation module
• Strong client-facing skills
