As you guide clients to make confident, informed decisions about their finances, you'll cultivate lasting relationships. As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist at H&R Block, your focus will be on delivering exceptional client experiences.

• Flexibility to work varied schedules and locations

• Experience in sales or marketing

What you'll bring to the team...

• Answer phones and warmly greet clients

• Connect clients with the most suitable tax professionals

• Schedule clients according to their preferences

• Ensure all client needs are addressed during service

• Keep the office organized and clean

• Other assigned duties

Your Expertise:

• Experience in a fast-paced environment

• Prior customer service experience

• Ability to multitask effectively

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
