About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you'll provide courteous, empathetic, and professional support to health plan members. You'll assist with transportation services and supplemental healthcare benefits, ensuring a positive experience for every caller.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from health plan members regarding transportation services
  • Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries with empathy and professionalism
  • Meet performance metrics (AHT, QA, CSAT, etc.)
  • Follow HIPAA and compliance protocols
  • Escalate issues as needed to leadership
  • Complete training and compliance courses with required scores
Qualifications

  • 6+ months of inbound call center or healthcare-related experience
  • Fully bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Excellent communication and data entry skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Must be able to sit and wear a headset for 8+ hours
  • Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must be on camera during training and meetings
