Four Seasons - 2 Canal Street - Responsibilities: Provide guests with food and beverage, water, spritzing, towels and seating assistance at the pool and surrounding areas; Provide accurate information to guests in a courteous manner; fill all reasonable guest requests or requirements; anticipate guest needs.; Pick-up and deliver towels/towel bins to and from the laundry and towel stands; Maintain the Pool and seating areas in an orderly and clean manner; Use the hotel computer systems and phone system effectively
