Core Duties & Scope
This leader owns the full HR function-strategy through execution. Success in this role means building compliant, scalable HR programs that support growth while protecting the organization from risk. You will advise executive leadership on workforce planning, oversee federal contractor compliance (including OFCCP and Affirmative Action planning), ensure workforce eligibility standards under ITAR are met, and maintain audit-ready documentation aligned with ISO requirements. The role also directs talent acquisition, compensation and pay equity oversight, employee relations, investigations, HRIS governance, training documentation, and performance management-ensuring decisions are fair, defensible, and operationally aligned.

Schedule, Environment & Tools
This is a professional office-based leadership role in Slidell with no travel required. The HR Director will oversee HRIS systems, workforce reporting tools, compliance documentation, and structured policy frameworks. The environment supports operational and administrative functions and may require occasional extended hours during audits or compliance cycles. The position includes eligibility for an annual bonus, and the client covers 100% of health benefits for the employee.
