Four Seasons - - Responsibilities: Oversees the dining area and prepares/serves all meals for staff; Maintains a clean and sanitary buffet line and service wares; Checks pars for shift use and notes shortages; Returns unused food to storage with proper covering and dating; Assists in prep work and other duties assigned by management
