Job Title: Senior Litigation Paralegal

Location: Fully Remote (Must be based in Southern California)

Position Overview

A well-established Southern California law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to support its employment defense practice. This is a fully remote role for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and values long-term stability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive litigation support in employment defense matters
  • Draft, review, and manage pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence
  • Handle all aspects of discovery, including document collection, review, and production
  • Manage case calendars, deadlines, and trial preparation
  • Assist with depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial logistics
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files
  • Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, courts, and opposing counsel

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of litigation paralegal experience
  • Strong experience supporting complex litigation matters
  • Employment defense experience is highly preferred
  • Exceptional organizational, drafting, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Proficiency with litigation and document management systems

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 – $125,000. The firm may be open to the higher end of the range for the right candidate. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
