• Provide high-level counsel on patient, HCP, caregiver, and advocacy engagement, therapeutic area education, and integrated channel strategy.
• Lead agencies and client teams through regulatory approval processes, including hands-on Veeva Vault PromoMats experience and deep comfort with MLR navigation.
• Ensure brand alignment across every phase of launch - from disease awareness and unbranded campaigns to branded rollout and beyond.

Campaign & Experience Execution

• Lead high-profile experiential and cultural partnerships (e.g., celebrity ambassador programs, sports league collaborations), ensuring all creative activations meet regulatory and brand standards.
• Pharma compliant event activation experience is required.
• Act as creative and strategic lead for launch campaigns, ensuring a cross-functional, insight-first approach to content, media, and engagement.

Account & Business Management

• Provide mentorship and career development for team members at all levels.
• Model exceptional client service, strategic thinking, and calm leadership under pressure.

Measurement, Optimization & Innovation
• Oversee measurement strategies to prove brand launch impact, engagement, and ROI through both qualitative and quantitative KPIs.
• Consistently bring new thinking to clients - including use of digital tools, AI, partnerships, and media innovations within regulatory frameworks.
• Serve as a thought leader within the agency, offering POVs on healthcare trends, regulatory shifts, and best practices for launch success.

Qualifications:
15+ years in healthcare marketing or communications (agency required), with at least 5 years leading launch campaigns for pharmaceutical or biotech brands.
• Proven expertise in Rx product launches, including launch planning, campaign execution, and lifecycle strategy across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Direct, hands-on experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats and the end-to-end MLR process , with the ability to guide teams through compliant development cycles.
