Job Details

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security procedures, property policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.; Respond to alarms, disturbances, and other incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to law enforcement and/or management as required.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity.; Control access by monitoring entrances, verifying authorization, and directing guests and deliveries according to site-specific procedures.; Complete security-related reports and logs, communicate observations to the client and/or Allied Universal supervision, and support investigations by preserving observations and statements.
