Job Description

Our team at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers is on the lookout for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Leadership Development Program. This initiative is tailored for those aspiring to rise into pivotal leadership roles. As a Management Training Associate, you will receive extensive training while directly engaging with customers and acquiring knowledge about all aspects of store operations. Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering exceptional results that benefit customers, team members, and the organization.
  • Welcoming customers professionally and ensuring they experience outstanding service.
  • Scheduling service appointments and efficiently addressing inquiries both in-person and over the phone.
  • Consulting with customers to understand their service needs and updating them on their vehicle's status.
  • Creating an enjoyable and memorable service experience for each customer.
  • Striving to meet, maintain, and exceed our company's high standards.
  • Participating in all areas of store operations.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and technicians to establish realistic time commitments.

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who are:

  • A self-starter with proven hands-on management skills.
  • Exceptional in customer service, with a dedication to building lasting customer relationships.
  • Skilled in effective communication and interpersonal interactions.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is helpful but not required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, stoop, and bend for prolonged periods.
