Join our team as a Merchandiser/Stock Specialist! In this role, you'll ensure our sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and inviting for customers. Your responsibilities will include stocking merchandise according to planograms, preparing for sales, and providing excellent customer service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome customers on the sales floor and assist them in locating merchandise.
• Manage incoming stock by checking in, pricing, and shelving items.
• Keep the display area fully stocked, clean, and well-organized.
• Update displays and promotional materials according to company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate pricing and signage for sale items.
• Help with stock adjustments and assist in inventory management tasks.
• Collaborate with management to complete store tasks effectively.
• Act as a key security presence on the sales floor to deter shoplifting.
• Assist in maintaining a tidy back room and installer counter area.
• Coordinate with delivery specialists to ensure efficient product delivery.

HUB STORE ORDER PULLING DUTIES

• Efficiency in pulling parts for store orders based on stock transfer tickets.
• Sort and prepare parts for delivery to various locations.
• Ensure all parts are in good condition and maintain a clean workspace at all times.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with numbers.
• Prior stocking experience is preferred.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is highly desirable.
