How youll do it:Utilize Catapult Learning models to teach knowledge, build confidence, and address student needs. Provide academic, social, and emotional support for students requiring extra assistance. Conduct assessments, develop data-driven plans, and collaborate with school staff and families to enhance student outcomes. Implement behavior support and crisis intervention strategies to ensure a safe learning environment. Maintain instructional materials, computer lab components, and a positive classroom atmosphere. Identify eligible students through testing and enroll them per Catapult Learning guidelines. Develop individualized lesson plans, behavioral assessments, and support plans.
