Job Details

The Real Estate Analyst supports the full lifecycle of real estate decisions across POOLCORPs network. This includes performing financial analyses, market research, and lease abstracting; assisting with site evaluations; maintaining real estate data and reporting; and supporting transaction negotiations by preparing models, summaries, and recommendations. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment with cross functional stakeholders including Real Estate, Construction, Operations, Legal, Finance, and external brokers. Responsibilities:Analyzes potential sites for new locations, relocations, expansions, and consolidations. Reviews and interprets commercial leases, amendments, and work letters; assists in preparing lease abstracts and identifying key financial and operational terms.
