Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed; Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of warehouse areas, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations; Monitor access points and loading dock activity by observing incoming and outgoing trucks, trailers, and deliveries, and by verifying authorization in accordance with site procedures; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate and completing required notifications; Complete detailed reports of patrols, incidents, and daily activities, and communicate relevant information to oncoming personnel and site contacts
