Caesars Entertainment - - Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of front services hotel operations including Front Desk, Bell Desk, Door, Concierge, Butlers and Valet; Coordinate Front Desk activities and scheduling to control labor costs and expenses; Supervise front desk staff including performance management and discipline; Provide ongoing training and support to Front Desk Agents; Perform duties of Front Desk and Guest Services as required
