Caesars Entertainment - - Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operation of the assigned restaurant in accordance with established policies and procedures; Establish and administer training programs within the assigned restaurant; counsel, guide and instruct personnel; Direct the development and administration of controls for all phases of the restaurant in an economical and profitable manner; Coordinate the maintenance and development of methods for quality preparation of food; assist in procedures for food service and presenting menu items; Maintain an efficient scheduling program to ensure high standards of food preparation and service with minimum labor hours
