Ochsner Health - - Responsibilities: Assists pharmacists and other technicians to maintain an efficient medication distribution system in order to provide safe and efficient patient care.; Accurately prepares sterile admixture products, such as intravenous snap-ons, large volume parenterals, syringes, chemotherapy, & bulk manufactured products using aseptic techniques and proper pharmaceutical procedures.; Accurately prepares patient-specific oral syringes.; Prepares and delivers medications to assure turnaround time for all non-stat medication orders and for all stat medication orders does not exceed 60 minutes and 15 minutes respectively.; Delivers and exchanges 24 hours medication cartfill to the patient nursing units with 100% accuracy.
