Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify maintenance or operational concerns for reporting; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, contacting law enforcement and/or emergency services as needed, and following post orders; Monitor and respond to alarms, surveillance systems, and building automation alerts when assigned, and communicate observed issues to property management and/or Allied Universal supervision; Complete required reports such as daily activity logs and incident reports, document security-related observations, and participate in shift briefings and/or post inspections as directed
