Primary Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  • Greet every customer with a genuine smile and a friendly approach.
  • Guide customers to their preferred seating or provide comfortable waiting areas, reassuring them that their wait will be brief.
  • Effectively manage waiting customers, seating them promptly as tables open up.
  • Thank customers as they leave and encourage them to return for another visit.
  • Keep the self-service coffee station stocked and maintained, provide menus, and gladly answer questions regarding menu items and wait times.
