Griswold Home Care - - Responsibilities: Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship.; Create a safe and supportive environment for clients.; Foster meaningful connections with clients by engaging in conversation and companionship.; Maintain accurate records of care provided.; Be available to assist clients overnight if needed (any worked time would be paid) and provide personal time as needed while remaining in the home.
