Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a hotel location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, guest-facing areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points, observe visitor and vendor activity, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel; Support hotel operations by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and providing a professional presence during routine activities, special events, and/or high-traffic periods
