Landry's - - Responsibilities: Assist the Executive Chef in managing back of house staff in a high-volume kitchen; Lead by example to ensure guest satisfaction and uphold standards; Help achieve or exceed budgeted labor and other cost centers through planning and execution; Assist in overseeing weekly and monthly inventories and ordering of food and supplies; Maintain sanitation procedures and comply with OSHA regulations
