Commercial Estimator $120,000 Yearly

Key Requirements:

• Lead the full estimating process for assigned projects - conceptual through final bid
• Bachelor's degree in Construction and Management or related field
• Perform quantity take-offs, pricing, bid summaries, and bid submissions
• Coordinate with subs/suppliers and manage bid day logistics
• Prepare budgets for negotiated work and design-build projects
• Analyze post-bid results and support project turnover to operations
• Maintain and update the estimating database
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, On-Screen Takeoff and ICE
• Strong communication, planning, and Problem Solving
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail
• Effective at building relationships with subcontractors and team members
• Valid Drivers License and Clean driving record
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

• Friday 0700-11 AM
