CommCare - 505 Robert Boulevard - Responsibilities: Monitor food quality and portion control to maintain high standards of nutrition and satisfaction among residents.; Oversee meal service to ensure residents receive timely and appropriate meals according to their individualized dietary plans.; Promote teamwork within the department and between departments to ensure smooth operations and quality service.; Assist in development, implementation and maintenance of written dining room service objectives and standards of practice with procedures for implementation.; Promotes staff education and training for dining room personnel per plan.
