Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner while following site protocols and reporting procedures.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout campus buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.; Monitor access points, observe campus activity, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.; Support daily operations at an education location by documenting incidents, assisting with directions and information, and communicating with supervisors and/or local responders when needed.
