Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter access points, to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.; Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help control access, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns.; Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by preparing incident reports, maintaining post records, and following Allied Universal standards for assigned duties and equipment.
