A company is looking for an ELA Curriculum Design Expert (Collaboration).Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and select engaging, age-appropriate books for teaching reading and writing skillsDevelop a syllabus aligned with Common Core State Standards (CCSS) and integrate assessment frameworksMap core skills to selected literary works and structure content for in-class and independent readingRequired QualificationsProven experience in curriculum design or textbook/material developmentMaster's degree or higher in Education, English Education, or a related field (preferred)5+ years of K-5 ELA classroom teaching experience, preferably in 2nd and 3rd gradeDeep familiarity with CCSS for ELA and state-level testing requirementsAbility to translate standards and assessment data into instructional plans
