Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving regional sales growth and achieving targeted sales volumes within the assigned territory. This role requires developing and implementing effective sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. The Sales Manager will lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing training and guidance to enhance their performance and ensure successful sales outcomes. They will also design and manage sales incentive programs to boost team productivity and maintain high levels of engagement. Ultimately, the Sales Manager will play a critical role in expanding the company's market presence and fostering long-term client relationships across the United States.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in regional sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, sales planning, and sales volume management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a sales team effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
