The group oversees, administers, and audits the Entergy Shared Services (ESS) policies, procedures, and processes that guide the organizations standard way of working. The position will work closely with all Entergy Shared Services (ESS) departments to ensure that processes are well documented, readily available, and effective. This role also supports and assists the organization and its customers with reporting, auditing, and consultative support to ensure they remain in full compliance with internal controls, policies, procedures, regulations and laws. The position delivers value to the company by supporting ongoing process improvement; ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies, procedures, regulations and laws; and ensuring Entergys Shared Services (ESS) standard way of working.
