EOS Hospitality - - Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets including tiki bar, concessions, and retail.; Lead all daily line-ups, promote service standards, and ensure proper communication within the department.; Assist in the development and training of employees to improve performance.; Assist Senior Management in implementing and rolling out F&B programs to increase revenue.; Solve problems and make rational decisions quickly to meet operational needs.
