Job Details

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, patients, staff, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with local authorities when needed; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior; Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit activity by verifying credentials, screening visitors, and reporting policy violations or unusual conditions; Support daily operations at the location by reporting maintenance concerns, assisting with directions and/or escorts, and completing detailed incident and activity reports
