For each level. There are some special requirements to this position:All new hires will be required to participate in the Division of Animal Care Occupational Health Program mandated by Federal Law. New Hires will complete a Risk Assessment Evaluation/ Review Form, and will be scheduled for the following: Physical, Blood work which includes: Complete blood count, and blood chemistry profile, and measles titer tuberculosis testing. New Hires may also be scheduled for the following:1. Toxoplasmosis Testing (women)2. Tetanus/ Diphtheria Immunization 3. Diphtheria/ Pertussis/ Tetanus (DTP) Immunization 4. Measles, mumps, rubella Vaccine.
