The Electronic/ Electrical Controls Specialist Certified performs preventive and corrective maintenance, modifications and installation of electrical and electronically controlled equipment as directed. Responsibilities Essential Duties & Job Functions: - Coordinates material requirements, maintains good housekeeping practices and records on all assigned equipment. - Maintains and formats computer-controlled equipment within facilities systems (e.g. fire alarms, elevators, cranes, lathes, welding machines, etc.). - Works with engineering personnel to devise modification plans; works from detailed prints, schematics and drawings and verbal or written instructions; tests and analyzes data to effect proper maintenance to low voltage systems including: DC drive and variable speed (or frequency) drive motor controllers, UPS systems and related components, fire protection systems (fire alarms and fire suppression) electronic lock and security systems, elevators systems (traction and hydrauli...Controls, Electrical, Electronic, Specialist, Certified, Electronics, Technology
